The SITA board of directors has announced Barbara Dalibard as new SITA CEO from July 1, replacing Francesco Violante who will step down in second-half 2016 after more than thirteen years of service. Read More »

Dalibard joins SITA from SNCF (the French National Railway Company), where she served as CEO of SNCF Voyageurs, which manages all passenger traffic, long distance and commuter services.


Pan Am International Flight Academy appoints new CEO

Pan Am International Flight Academy and parent company ANA Holdings have named Takeshi “Tak” Negishi as Pan Am’s new president and CEO. Negishi most recently served as senior vice-president of ANA Trading’s Aerospace & Electronics Company.


AAR appoints treasurer

AAR Corp. has announced that Jason Secore joined the firm on March 31 as treasurer, reporting to CFO, Michael Sharp. Secore will be responsible for leading the company’s treasury strategy, including global treasury operations, corporate finance and banking relationships, cash forecasting and investment management activities.

Prior to joining AAR, Secore served as vice-president, finance and corporate treasurer at regional U.S. carrier Republic Airways.
