Based in Dublin, Dibisceglia will frequently travel to China to ensure the smooth development of ARI’s aircraft disassembly plant in Harbin.
Before he joined ARI, Dibisceglia was a vice-president with International Lease Finance Corporation (ILFC), AerCap and Castlelake.
