ATR names successor as de Castelbajac promoted at Airbus

ATR CEO, Patrick de Castelbajac, 43, on Tuesday night confirmed he was leaving ATR ahead of his four-year mandate to 2018 to become Airbus company secretary and chief of staff. Read More » He will report directly to Airbus boss, Fabrice Brégier, where he will help run Airbus’ commercial aircraft division after last week’s merger of Airbus and Airbus Group. He will also become a member of the Airbus executive committee.
Senior Airbus Group executive, Christian Scherer, has succeeded de Castelbajac as ATR CEO.
