Xian had the largest number of flights leaving on schedule. On average, 89.2% of flights left Xianyang International Airport on time. This was followed by Chongqing (84.8%), Kunming (84.6%), Chengdu (83.4%) and Jinan (82.6%).

Beijing’s Capital Airport and Nanjing’s Lukou were ranked at the bottom of the list, with only 66.6% and 67% of all aircraft taking off within 15 minutes of their scheduled departure time.
