Routes: Air Canada will launch a daily Vancouver-Taipei B787-9 route from June 8. Asiana Airlines has added a daily Jeju-Yeosu A320 service. Cathay Pacific Airways will launch a four-weekly Hong Kong-Tel Aviv A350-900 route from March 26. From November 1, China Southern Airlines will replace the B737-800 with the B757-200 on the twice-weekly Urumqi-Sheremetyevo route. Etihad Airways will replace the B787-9 with the A330-200 on its daily Abu Dhabi-Pudong flight from December 1; it will roster the Dreamliner on the Tokyo Narita route instead (replacing an A340-600). Taiwan’s Far Eastern Air will launch double daily Kaohsiung-Macau MD80 flights from December 1. Garuda Indonesia will reduce frequency on the Jakarta-Singapore-Heathrow B777-300ER route from five- to thrice-weekly starting October 30. Myanmar Airways International will add a twice-weekly Yangon-Kolkata A319 route commencing December 1. Thai AirAsia will add a daily Don Mueang-Kolkata A320 flight starting December 16. Thai Lion Air will launch a daily Don Mueang-Ho Chi Minh B737-800 flight starting October 30. T’Way Airlines will become the fifth South Korean airline to fly to Saipan when it launches a daily B737-800 service from Incheon on December 23. Ural Airlines will add a twice-weekly Vladivostok-Changchun-Bangkok A320 flight on December 21.
