Sydney Airport CFO, Hugh Wehby, will succeed Shelley Roberts as COO from January. Read More »

As COO, Wehby will be responsible for all aviation business, including airline relationships, business development, long-term master planning and the Western Sydney airport opportunity at Badgerys Creek.

The airport will be appointing a new CFO.

Former Sydney Airport COO, Shelley Roberts, unexpectedly resigned to take up an external CEO role.


HK Airlines appoints NZ GM

Hong Kong Airlines has appointed its former sales and marketing executive Daniel Yuen its first general manager for New Zealand following the carrier’s recent inaugural flight to Auckland.

Yuen will “oversee all operational sales and marketing strategies for Hong Kong Airlines” in the country. He said his immediate focus would be on growing the carrier’s revenues and deepen its industry relations in New Zealand.
