Chao selected as U.S. DOT boss

Airlines for America (A4A) endorsed Chao’s nomination, but urged ATC modernization. “Having served alongside Elaine in two previous administrations, I believe her wealth of experience will benefit the millions of Americans who depend on safe, affordable and abundant air travel options every day. Anne Brachet succeeds Franck Terner as Air France Industries president
Engineer Anne Brachet is the new president of MRO, Air France Industries (AFI). The succession of Mrs Brachet, the company’s senior vice president engineering and air frame since 2012, was announced in July and took effect this week.
