Nepal Airlines to add two additional A320s?

Nepali flag carrier, Nepal Airlines, is looking to acquire two additional A320 aircraft, local newspaper The Karobar Daily has reported, referencing a government document which states the proposal has been submitted to a procurement committee for approval. Read More »

Nepal Airlines currently operates two A320s on flights from Kathmandu Tribhuvan Airport to Bangalore, Delhi, Mumbai, Hong Kong and Dubai.

The airline also has two A330-200 widebodies on order, with the first due in May 2018. These will be replacing its ageing B757-200s and be used to expand the carrier’s network to include routes to Japan, South Korea and Singapore.
