Routes: Air Mauritius will add a weekly Mauritius-Wuhan A340-300 route on July 6. Air Seoul will launch a daily Incheon-Danang A321 route on May 18, followed by twice-weekly Incheon-Sapporo A321 flights operating from July 20 through to August 17. Read More » Donghai Airlines will launch a twice-weekly Shenzhen-Darwin B737-800 flight from May 30. Flydubai will terminate its daily Dubai-Chittagong B737-800 route from June 14. From January 1, Hawaiian Airlines will gradually replace B767s with A321neo on Honolulu-Phoenix; Honolulu-San Jose; Kahului-San Jose; Kona-Los Angeles; and Lihue-Los Angeles. Lanmei Airlines will launch a daily Phnom Penh-Guangzhou A321 service on May 15, followed by thrice-weekly Siem Reap-Changsha A321 flights starting on the same date. Malaysia Airlines will replace the A330-300 with the A350-900 on the daily Kuala Lumpur-Osaka route from August 5. Philippine Airlines will launch a daily Puerto Princesa-Incheon A321 flight on June 24, followed by four-weekly Puerto Princesa-Busan A321 flights from July 26. Royal Brunei will add a weekly Bandar Seri Begawan-Hangzhou A320 flight from April 3, followed by a twice-weekly Bandar Seri Begawan-Nanning A320 route from April 11. Silk Air has launched a weekly Singapore-Guilin B737-800 route. Thai Lion Air will double Don Mueang-Jakarta B737-900ER flights from daily to twice daily starting April 23; the airline will replace the -900ER with the MAX 9 on the route from June 1.
Simulation: TRU Simulation + Training will deliver an A350 full-flight training suite to the Airbus Asia Training Centre in Singapore in 2019. Earlier this month, TRU installed an A320 full-flight simulator at the Airbus training centre in Beijing.
