Leasing: Aercap has delivered the first Pratt & Whitney powered A320neo to China’s Qingdao Airlines, on a long-term operating lease. Read More » The domestic carrier intends to launch international services next year. GECAS has signed a lease for seven A320neos to enter service with Delhi-headquartered Vistara with deliveries from 2019 to 2020. Indian low-cost carrier, SpiceJet, has leased a B737-700NG from Vallair, an aircraft trading, leasing and MRO specialist group based in Luxembourg. SMBC Aviation Capital has delivered a B737-800 to new customer, Japan’s Solaseed Air.

Routes: AirAsia will launch a four times a week Kota Kinabalu-Kunming A320 route on November 30. All Nippon Airways will suspend its daily Nagoya-Shanghai B737-700 route from October 28. South Korea's EastarJet will launch a daily Incheon-Puerto Princesa B737-800 route on October 28. El Al will replace the B777-200ER with the B767-300ER on the thrice-weekly Tel Aviv-Beijing route beginning October 29. Ethiopian Airlines has replaced the B777-300ER with the A350-900 on the daily Addis Ababa-Beijing route. Jet Airways will launch a daily Pune-Singapore B737-800 service on December 1 and it will add a third daily Delhi-Singapore flight from the same date. Jin Air has reduced its Incheon-Johor Bahru B737-800 service from daily to four-weekly. Korean Air has terminated its four times a week Busan-Guam B737-800 service. Philippine Airlines will launch a four-weekly Manila-Shenzhen A320 route on December 2.
