MRO: Diehl Aviation has chosen SR Technics as its exclusive authorized repair station for Diehl Aviation Gilching Asia-Pacific customers. AFI KLM E&M have won additional business from Cebu Pacific for component support on the LCC’s seven A321ceo and 32 A321neo. In 2017, the European-headquartered MRO signed a component support contact with the Philippine carrier for 40 A320s.

ROUTES: Air India will add Indore and Kolkata to Dubai from mid next month. Cebu Pacific will introduce four times a week Manila-Shenzhen next month. From June 21, Citilink is flying Jakarta-Phnom Pennh three times a week. HK Express will commence flying daily between Hong Kong and Naha in Japan on September 26. IndiGo will launch a daily Kolkata-Hong Kong route with A320s on September 4, Chennai-Kuala Lumpur with A320s on July 15 and increase Tiruchirapally-Singapore to daily next month. Loong Air is now flying three times a week between Changsha and Sihanoukville. Lucky Air also is three times a week to the Cambodian city from Chengdu. OK Airways to fly Changsha-Osaka twice a week from July 25. From July 1, Singapore Airlines will return to Phuket from Singapore with a daily 777-200ER service until October 26. Thai AirAsia will increase its Guiyang-Phuket route to three times a week next month.
