GKN Aerospace is on the lookout for a new CEO after the resignation of Hans Buthker this week, FlightGlobal reported, citing a company email sent to staff. Peter Dilnot, the chief operating officer of GKN Aerospace's parent, Melrose Industries, has been appointed interim CEO.
