All Nippon Airways (ANA) carried 758,317 passengers on its domestic network in January, which was 50% of the 1.5 million domestic passengers it transported in December. Read More » The Japanese government declared a second State of Emergency on January 8, which reduced air travel demand by 75% against the 3.1 million domestic passengers flown by the airline in the same month in 2020. Domestic passenger load factor was 27.8% in January compared with 40.6% in December and 64.7% a year earlier.
