Air New Zealand extends fee-free ticket changes to June

Air New Zealand (Air NZ) said today it would extend flexibility rules that allowed ticket holders for domestic travel to rebook without paying change fees until June 30. "Having recently gone through a period of elevated alert levels around the country, many of our customers had their travel plans disrupted,” Air NZ chief customer and sales officer, Leanne Geraghty, said. "This extension provides more options should circumstances change." Air NZ also is reintroducing food and beverage service on domestic flights from Monday.
