Fresh COVID-19 outbreak forces tighter restrictions for entry to Philippines

Philippines presidential spokesperson, Harry Roque, said the decision also would reduce overcrowding at the country’s quarantine facilities. In response, Cebu Pacific Air (CEB) will suspend nonstop flights from Manila to Tokyo Narita and Nagoya until April 18. Philippine Airlines (PAL) will cancel some international services to comply with the new restrictions and announce details of the cancellations as soon as they are confirmed.
