Boeing planning to restart 787 deliveries today reports media

Bloomberg news agency reported today Boeing was expected to resume deliveries of 787s as soon as today after a months-long pause. Deliveries of the 787 have been on hold for five months after issues were discovered in parts of the aircraft's carbon-fibre skin. Additionally, the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration said in January it would undertake final airworthiness inspections on four 787 aircraft rather than allow Boeing to issue the certificate of airworthiness checks.
