HK Express adding Hong Kong to Kaohsiung and Taipei flights in August

HK Express will launch nonstop flights to the Taiwanese cities of Kaohsiung and Taipei next month. The Cathay Pacific Group LCC said services to Taipei would begin on August 23 and flights to Kaohsiung will take off from August 26. Read More » Both routes will have a two flights a week schedule. Due to COVID-19 travel restrictions, HK Express said it will operate one way flights to Taipei and Kaohsiung in the interim period, with round trip services to commence when restrictions are eased. The LCC already serves Taichung in Taiwan. "We are always looking for new ways to make travel more affordable and accessible. The two new services are the latest examples of our dedication to this mission,” HK Express CEO, Mandy Ng, said.
