Korean Air resumes flights to Guam

A Korean Air (KAL) 777-300ER carrying 82 passengers touched down in Guam late last week, marking the airline's resumption of passenger flights to the Pacific Ocean territory. Read More » KAL has scheduled one flight a week between Seoul Incheon and Guam International Airport. “We’re happy to welcome back Korean Air and thank it for committing to Guam once again," Guam Visitors Bureau (GVB) vice president, Gerry Perez, said. "While this past year and a half has been challenging for everyone, it is great to see the light at the end of the tunnel become brighter." KAL is the third airline from South Korea operating flights to Guam alongside Jin Air and T'way. The trio of carriers will now offer a combined 3,754 seats to Guam until the end of August, the GVB said. Flights between Taiwan and Guam resumed in July.
