French company, ALSIM, said this week it has been contracted by the Airports Authority of India (AAI) to supply three flight simulator training device (FSTD) simulators for Airbus single aisle aircraft. Boeing said aircraft lessor, Griffin Global Asset Management, has ordered five 737 MAX 8s. It was the Dublin and Los Angeles-based lessor's first direct order with Boeing.
