Expanding Air Astana targets Phuket

Kazakhstan’s Air Astana is continuing to expand its international network with the launch of twice weekly direct flights from Almaty to Thai holiday mecca, Phuket, from October 31. Read More » The airline also is boosting frequencies to Dubai to 10 flights a week, including three flights a week from Almaty from October 23 and daily flights from Nur-Sultan starting November 1. Air Astana has resumed services to St Petersburg with a weekly flight from Nur-Sultan and to the Maldives with four times weekly Almaty-Male flights. Last month, it boosted services to Moscow with daily flights from Almaty and five flights per week from Nur-Sultan. The airline also increased the frequency of flights to Istanbul to three services a week from Nur-Sultan and five services a week from Almaty. The Air Astana fleet is 767, A320s, A320neo, Airbus A321, A321neo, A321neo LR and Embraer E190-E2s.
