ANA HOLDINGS INC.’s all-electric vertical take-off and landing aircraft developer, Joby Aviation, and Toyota Motor Corporation have formed a partnership to establish aerial ridesharing services to cities and communities across Japan.

Malaysia Aviation Group (MAG) has issued an open tender for the production of cabin crew uniforms for regional carrier, MASwings; a domestic subsidiary of MAG headquartered in Kota Kinabalu.

U.S.-headquartered Sabre Inc. has renewed and extended its technology partnership with online travel agent, Hopper.

China Aircraft Leasing Group (CALC) said in a regulatory filing to the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong consolidated profit attributable to shareholders for calendar 2021 was expected to be 55% higher than the HK$334 million (US$42.8 million) reported for 2020, based on a preliminary review of unaudited management accounts. "The expected increase is mainly attributable to the fact the aviation industry has continued to recover gradually from the COVID-19 epidemic," CALC said.
