Malaysia-based AirAsia X (AAX) will commence nonstop A330-300 flights from Kuala Lumpur to Delhi and Kuala Lumpur-Seoul Incheon from April 20. Read More » The LCC plans to operate Kuala Lumpur-Seoul once a week and Kuala Lumpur-Delhi twice weekly. “After two long years, we are thrilled to return to the skies again," AAX CEO, Benyamin Ismail, said. "Now that the world is finally opening up, we are gradually resuming flights to our key markets, starting with Sydney recently and now to South Korea and India, with more popular destinations to be announced soon. With Malaysia’s international border opened from April 1 and quarantine free travel both ways on our new services, it is the perfect time to welcome back international tourists, providing a significant boost to the nation’s tourism sector and the economy, as we did pre-pandemic."
