Air Lease Corporation has increased the size and extended the final maturity date of a revolving credit facility. The final maturity date was pushed back 12 months, to May 5, 2026, and the size of the facility was increased to US$7 billion from US$6.8 billion.
Boeing Global Services has signed an agreement with Spirit AeroSystems to expand the MRO’s footprint for nacelle and flight control repairs on the 737 MAX.
