EVA Air records 29.7% month-on-month passenger growth

EVA Air flew 31,156 passengers in April, up 29.7% month-on-month from the 24,017 passengers carried in February. Read More » Despite the improved result, the April numbers were 2.2% below the 31,839 passengers the Star Alliance member transported in the same month in 2021. April passenger load factor was 22.1% compared with 17.5% in March and 24.5% in April 2021, EVA said in its monthly traffic report. Passenger revenue for the 30 days was TW$654.7 million (US$21.9 million), an improvement of 13.7% from TW$575.8 million in March. In April 2019, EVA carried 1.1 million passengers, recorded a passenger load factor of 83.7% and generated TW$8.4 billion in passenger revenue.
