Singapore Technologies Engineering said the name of its wholly-owned subsidiary, ST Engineering Urban Solutions USA Inc., will change to STE TransCore Holdings on June 9. The subsidiary is the issuer of US$700 million in notes maturing in 2027, US$300 million of notes maturing in 2032 and the S$5 billion (US$3.6 billion) global medium term note program.

SriLankan Engineering recently completed a C-check of a SalamAir A320 at its European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) certified maintenance facility. “SriLankan Engineering has been resolute in building strategic partnerships and acquiring maintenance, repair and overhaul projects from other airlines since 2020, bringing in much needed foreign currency to the airline and the country alike,” it said.
