Read More » The incumbent GE Aviation president and CEO, John Slattery, was named executive vice president and chief commercial officer of the business. In other leadership changes, Russell Stokes, GE senior vice president and GE Aviation Services president and CEO, is the new president and CEO of the conglomerate’s Commercial Engines and Services subsidiary and Rahul Ghai is the new GE Aviation chief financial officer succeeding Shane Wright, who is retiring. “These leadership changes follow GE’s November 9, 2021, announcement to separate GE into three independent, industry-leading, investment-grade companies focused on the growth sectors of aviation, healthcare and energy,” GE said. The changes are effective immediately.
Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad said in a regulatory filing to the Bursa Malaysia stock exchange Malaysia's Minister of Finance and deputy secretary, Datuk Johan Mahmood Merican, has joined the board of the airport operator as a non-independent, non-executive director.
