Philippine Airlines and cabin crew union seal new work agreement

Philippine Airlines (PAL) and the Flight Attendants and Stewards Association of the Philippines (FASAP) have agreed a new collective bargaining agreement (CBA), signed by PAL president and chief operating officer, Captain Stanley Ng, and FASAP president, Bob Anduiza. Read More » “The new CBA offers much needed improvements in the salaries and earnings of cabin crew members and, most importantly, the resolution of a long-standing disagreement on the retirement issue. The new CBA is a major morale booster for the crew,” Anduiza said. Captain Ng said: “The signing of the collective bargaining agreement is a testament to the value of employee-management cooperation and collaboration as a means towards industrial peace and the full recovery of our national flag carrier.”
