Read More » The airline will commence twice weekly nonstop Taipei Taoyuan- Milan Malpensa from October 25 and operate four flights a week to Munich, also from Taoyuan, from November 3. Both routes will be served with 777-300ERs. The Star Alliance member had intended to launch Taipei-Milan in February 2020, but shelved the plan after the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic. EVA operates to four European destinations from the Taiwanese capital: non-stop to Paris and Vienna and one-stop to Amsterdam and London via Bangkok. “The expanded network will allow EVA to attract more travellers from Europe who can comfortably and efficiently fly to and from the airline’s main hub in Taiwan to popular destinations throughout Asia,” EVA said.
