India’s Vistara will launch daily nonstop Mumbai-Abu Dhabi on October 1, the full-service carrier's second destination to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) after Dubai. Read More » “We are confident greater connectivity between Mumbai and Abu Dhabi will complement the growing trade and tourism ties between the two countries,” Vistara CEO, Vinod Kannan, said. “We are certain customers from India and the UAE will appreciate our award-winning product and services on the route.” The airline, a joint venture between India's Tata Sons and the SIA Group, also will boost Delhi-Frankfurt to six times weekly from October 30, following the arrival of a third 787-9 into its fleet, and increase Delhi-Paris to five times a week on the same date.
