LX Pantos acquires shareholding in Korean Air parent

Logistics group, LX Pantos, has purchased 3.83% of Hanjin KAL, the parent company of Korean Air (KAL). Read More » The company acquired the shareholding from Bando Group late last week for an estimated 160 billion won (US$117.5 million), local media reports. Bando Group previously owned 17.2% of Hanjin KAL. In addition to the sale to LX Pantos, it is reported Bando Group disposed of the remainder of its Hanjin KAL equity to institutional investors.
