Singapore Airlines reports 2.5% passenger growth in September

Read More » The numbers for the month were 13 times higher than the 159,700 passengers who flew on Singapore Airlines and Scoot in the same month in 2021. “In September 2022, the Singapore Airlines Group saw continued momentum in travel recovery. Demand remained strong across all route regions except East Asia, where travel restrictions remain in place in some key markets,” SIA said. Capacity, or available seat kilometres, for the month was 67% of pre-COVID-19 levels. Passenger numbers for the 30 days were 31.5% lower than the 3.1 million travellers the two carriers flew in September 2019.
