Boeing posts 122 commercial aircraft orders for October

Boeing has reported orders for 122 commercial aircraft for October, lifting the company's gross orders for the first 10 months of 2022 to 664 aircraft. Read More » Net of cancellations and conversions, it’s book stood at 550 aircraft on October 31, up from 428 airplanes a month earlier. Boeing’s delivery of 35 aircraft for the 31 days was a decrease from customers’ acceptance of 51 airplanes in September. The company handed six 787 family aircraft to new clients in the reported period compared with seven 787s delivered in the previous month. Boeing resumed 787 deliveries in August after a pause of more than a year due to a manufacturing issue with the type. The OEM has delivered 363 aircraft to customers in the 10 months to October 31.
