Malaysia's MYAirline granted inaugural air service licence

Malaysian start-up carrier, MYAirline, has received its air service licence (ASL) from the Malaysian Aviation Commission (MAVCOM). Read More » “MAVCOM approves the issuance of an ASL to MYAirline Sdn. Bhd. for 12 months effective from November 15 to November 14, 2023,” the regulator said on its website. MYAirline CEO, Rayner Teo Kheng Hock, said in a Facebook post “we are now officially no longer a company that owns a few airplanes”. “We are now officially a fully-fledged airline,” he said. MYAirline will shortly announce its start-up route network and begin ticket sales.
