Qantas Group’s Jetstar Asia writes new contracts with ST Engineering

Read More » The agreement terms are a three-year line and base maintenance service contract extension and a new multi-year component repair service contract. ST Engineering has provided line and base maintenance and engineering support to the Singapore-based LCC since 2013. “During the pandemic, ST Engineering continued to deliver invaluable support to Jetstar Asia as we worked to ensure the safety of our fleet in an incredibly challenging time for aviation,” Jetstar Asia head of engineering, Ang Chee Keong, said. “As demand for our passenger services increase, we look forward to working with ST Engineering to improve our operational responsiveness, ensure fleet safety and continue to lower operating costs as we ramp up our operations.” ST Engineering executive vice president and head of MRO, Tan Eng Shu, added: “We value our long-term partnership with Jetstar Asia and are happy to support them as their flying activities increase.”
