On December 14, Boom Supersonic announced Kratos Defense and Security Solutions’ Florida Turbine Technologies (FTT) will be the engine partner for its Overture supersonic aircraft's Symphony engines. The company is targeting type certification of Overture by 2029.

Capital A’s logistics arm, Teleport, has raised US$50 million from credit investors to add more freighters to its fleet, build hubs in Indonesia, Malaysia and the Philippines and invest in technology for the business. In September, Teleport said it would add three A321F freighters to its fleet with deliveries in the first quarter of 2023.

Safran’s landing systems unit has been contracted to upgrade the American Airlines 737NG fleet from steel to carbon brakes.
