All Nippon Airways integrating domestic and international passenger systems on Amadeus platform

All Nippon Airways (ANA) is moving its in-house domestic passenger service system - reservations, ticketing, inventory control, check-in and airport boarding processes - to the Amadeus Altéa Passenger Service System (PSS). The two systems will be integrated in 2025 and 2026. “For the last 34 years, we have operated separate passenger systems for international and domestic flights,” ANA chief innovation officer, Sammy Aramaki, said. “Already, we have seen the benefits of the Amadeus Altéa PSS with our international business. We are excited to bring our domestic flight operations on board in an integrated platform.”
