Airbus said its near-term target for reducing greenhouse gas emissions has been validated by the Science Based Targets initiative, a partnership between not-for-profit charity CDP, the United Nations Global Compact, World Resources Institute and the World Wide Fund for Nature.

Boeing has signed a purchase agreement with Neste for 5.6 million gallons (21.2 million litres) of sustainable aviation fuel for its 2023 commercial operations, up from 2 million gallons in 2022.

Sabre has reported a net loss of US$456.8 million for calendar 2022, an improvement from a net loss of US$950.1 million in the previous year.

Sydney Airport has opened shopping precinct SYD X, showcasing 20 luxury brands, at its T1 international terminal.
