Safran Nacelles and ST Engineering have signed a license agreement for MRO on A320neo family aircraft LEAP-1A engine nacelles.

Singapore-listed food and beverage provider, SATS, intends to raise S$798.8 million (US$596 million) in fresh capital from a renounceable, underwritten rights issue. The proceeds will partially fund its 2022 acquisition of cargo handling company, Worldwide Flight Services.

United Airlines has launched an investment vehicle, the United Airlines Ventures Sustainable Flight fund, for start-ups focused on aviation carbon emissions reductions through sustainable aviation fuel research, technology and production. The airline and its partners, Air Canada, Boeing, GE Aerospace, Honeywell and JPMorgan Chase, initially will invest US$100 million in the fund.

Qatar Airways Cargo is partnering with South Korea-based air cargo platform, iNOMAD, for booking shipments out of the country.
