Capital A has engaged RHB Investment Bank Berhad as principal adviser for its proposed corporate restructuring, or regularisation. It also has appointed The SAP Group to review the financial assumptions of the regularisation plan.

Ireland-headquartered EirTrade Aviation has secured a contract to dismantle two 787-8s that first flew commercially in 2011. Used Serviceable Material (USM) from the aircraft will be available for sale later in 2023. The aviation asset management and trading company said the airplanes were the first 787s to be disassembled as none of the type, to date, has retired from commercial service.

Korean Air has repurposed retired cabin life vests into 4,000 cosmetics pouches in collaboration with South Korea beauty brand 107. Proceeds from the sales of the pouches will be donated to a global environmental organisation.

Sabre has agreed an expanded long-term agreement with Royal Jordanian Airlines to distribute the oneworld alliance member’s content through its global distribution system and provide the airline with a suite of technology products.

ST Engineering and Vaayu Group have signed a Letter of Intent for the UAE-based company to supply 20 units of its expandable lavatory solution, ACCESS, for the A320 and 737 families.
