Embraer announces fiscal 2022 US$185.4 million net loss

Embraer has reported a US$185.4 million net loss for the 12 months to December 31 compared with a net loss of US$44.7 million in the previous year. On an adjusted basis, which removed one-off items, Embraer posted an adjusted net profit of US$38.5 million for calendar 2022, up from an adjusted net loss of US$28.9 million in 2021. The Brazilian air framer forecast it will deliver 65 to 70 commercial aircraft to customers this year compared with 57 deliveries in 2022.
