Jetstar Asia completes second round of orientation test flights at Changi Terminal 4

Jetstar Asia head of flight operations, Captain Geof Lai, said the LCC had completed test flights into and out of Singapore Changi Airport's Terminal 4 (T4) to ensure a smooth transition to the Singapore airport's newest terminal. Read More » The LCC conducted two test flights on March 9 – inbound 3K512 from Bangkok to Singapore and departing 3K513 to Bangkok. “The second round of orientation flights evaluated the process and validated the efficiency for passengers and their luggage to seamlessly transfer between terminals to onward connections,” Capt. Lai said. “Following the initial orientation flights, we have worked with our airline partners to increase the frequency of shuttle services, both airside and landside, to ensure customers can quickly and easily transfer between terminals from our new home at T4.” The Qantas Group LCC will move from Changi Airport's Terminal 1 to T4 on March 22.
