Air India is using technology products from customer relationship management (CRM) company, Salesforce, to optimise the customer experience online, on the ground and in the air.

China Aircraft Leasing Group Holdings Limited has reported net profit fell 86%, to HK$73.6 million (US$9.4 million), in the 12 months to December 31, from HK$525.8 million a year ago. When the impact of the write-off of two aircraft in Russia, due to the country's invasion of Ukraine, was excluded, adjusted net profit was down 2.5%, at HK$512.6 million, the company said in a regulatory filing.

Sabre has reported Brazil-based GOL Linhas Aéreas has implemented its Sabre Ancillary IQ technology to drive incremental ancillary revenue opportunities.

United Airlines said its UAV Sustainable Flight Fund had invested US$5 million in Viridos to support the biofuel company's production of sustainable aviation fuel from algae.
