Atlas Air Worldwide Holdings has confirmed all regulatory conditions for the takeover of the company by a consortium led by Apollo Global Management, J.F. Lehman & Company and Hill City Capital have been satisfied and that the transaction will be completed today subject to the satisfaction or waiver of the remaining closing conditions.

Boeing’s 2023 Commercial Aircraft Finance Market Outlook reports aircraft financing will reach near pre-pandemic levels in 2023 amid production and delivery increases and the reopening of certain regional markets.

EVE Holding Inc. reported a net loss of US$174 million for the 12 months to December 31 compared with a net loss of US$18.3 million in the previous year. The company listed on the New York Stock Exchange after its merger with Zanite Acquisition Corp in 2022.

Finnair has “discontinued the subcontracting plan for inflight services on routes to and from Thailand and North America” after reaching a savings agreement with its cabin crew.
