ICAO to hear Australia and Dutch case against Russia for the fatal downing of MH17

The Netherlands Minister of Foreign Affairs, Wopke Hoekstra, said the International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO) will hear the case of Australia and the Netherlands against Russia for the 2014 shooting down of Malaysia Airlines flight MH17 that took all lives on board.
