Thai AirAsia (TAA) and Thai AirAsia X (TAAX) have announced changes to their international network operations. Read More » TAA is offering passengers booked to travel to Hong Kong the options of rescheduling or rerouting their flights, acceptance of a credit voucher or a refund “due to ongoing aircraft fleet management and a manpower shortage of ground handling support at the destination airport”. Similarly, TAAX is reducing its return flights to Japan from March 26 to April 9 and April 24 and April 30 “from aircraft fleet management issues and delays in restoring some aircraft to service in the post-pandemic restart”. The medium haul LCC said its impacted passengers have the options of a free flight change, a travel voucher or a refund.
