ANA HOLDINGS INC. said Development Bank of Japan and MUFG Bank have underwritten a 2 billion yen (US$15 million) raising for start-up avatarin.
Logistics firm, Cainiao Network, will establish a cargo centre at Shenzhen Bao’an International Airport and launch cargo routes from the city in partnership with Atlas Air.
Lufthansa has reached agreement to sell the remainder of its catering business, LSG Group, to private equity group AURELIUS. The investors will acquire 131 LSG Sky Chefs customer service centres in the Asia-Pacific, the U.S., Latin America and other emerging markets as well as retail expert, Retail InMotion, and SCIS Air Security Services. The transaction is planned for completion in the third quarter of this year.
Mitsui & Co. and food and beverage provider, SATS, said agreed a Memorandum of Understanding to work together to expand their respective businesses.
