Airbus Canada, Pratt & Whitney Canada and the SAF+ Consortium have announced the CADAQ-100 project. The trio will research and test sustainable aviation fuel on an A220 aircraft. It also will undertake a feasibility study for the establishment of local SAF production facilities in Quebec using power-to-liquid technology.

Nominations have opened for the annual Laura Taber Barbour Air Safety Award, which honours a leader in global aviation safety. Nominations close on June 2. The winner will be presented with the award at the 76th Annual International Air Safety Summit, due to take place in November in Paris.
