ANA will honour fare mistake

All Nippon Airways (ANA) said it would issue refunds to all customers who purchased tickets for travel from Asia to Europe, the U.S. and elsewhere in premium cabins at vastly discounted prices due to a currency conversion error. The mistake fares were "related to a technical error in the fare quote system provided by Amadeus", ANA said. "For the flights which were erroneously processed, ANA will cancel and fully refund all itineraries," the Star Alliance member said in a notice on its website. "ANA will notify each customer affected by the error. We truly regret that this issue occurred, and deeply apologise to our customers for any inconveniences."
