SF Airlines and ST Engineering have established a joint venture to build and operate an MRO on a green field site at China’s Ezhou Huahu Airport. The company is 60% owned by ST Engineering and 40% by SF Airlines. The first hangar at the complex is scheduled for completion in 2025.
