ST Engineering and Airbus Defence and Space said they had established a strategic partnership to explore mutual synergies to optimise space to ground integration and address customer needs for commercial and government satellite programs.
Chubb said it had established an aviation hub in Singapore, led by Alastair Stuart as the company's practice leader for aviation in the Asia Pacific.
The Regional Aviation Association of Australia (RAAA) said it had invited the Association of South Pacific Airlines to be a RAAA-affiliated member.
Safran said it was in discussions with Raytheon Technologies to acquire certain flight control and actuation activities from the company, within the scope of a competitive process.
Global communications company, Viasat, said it had completed the acquisition of satellite business, Inmarsat, which was first announced in November 2021. Inmarsat shareholders received US$551 million in cash and about 46.4 million shares in the transaction.
